I’ve a wonderful peace!
In my heart, yes I do
Such a comforting peace
I can feel it through and through
Jesus gave it to me
As a gift blest and free
This sweet, sweet peace in my heart.
Do you want this peace too?
I can’t give it to you.
It’s from Jesus alone.
Ask Him for freedom from sin
He’ll give you this gift
Of a deep peace within
A sweet, sweet peace in your heart
Such a wonderful feeling
of freedom and love!
