The Brain Fryer

“I will set no wicked thing before my eyes.” Psalm 101:3

It’ll fry your brain
It’ll make you insane
It’ll take away from you
The stuff to think things through

For when it becomes important
Your life is inconsistent
You don’t listen to your mother
You don’t care about your sister.

Your surroundings’ like a pigpen
And your anger like a mad hen.
Caring only for your own self
And place God up on a high shelf.

And so girls, it’s time to say
We won’t live our lives this way
We must take some time to pray
Clean up, study, sing and play!

We must be kind to one another
Whether sister, friend or mother
We must learn to speak in love
To reap blessings from above.

For one day nothing else will matter
We will only be much sadder
If we spent our whole life viewing
Instead of God pursuing.
